Fine dining on Air France flights

Enjoy the A la Carte “Le marché de Jean Imbert” by top chef winner Jean Imbert

As an ambassador of French fine dining, Air France has been offering an alternative to the standard free meals on board. Since 2012, travellers in Economy and Premium Economy on long-haul flights can enjoy mouth-watering A la Carte menus.

Customise your trip and enjoy an extra special moment during your flight with this gastronomic highlight. After Paris and the French overseas departments, Air France has expanded the availability of the A la Carte menus to flights departing from:
  • United States: Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Washington
  • Canada: Montreal and Toronto
  • Africa: Douala, Libreville, Abidjan and Dakar
  • Asia: Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Tokyo, Osaka and Seoul
Last year, the A la Carte menu created by the winner of Top Chef 2012, Jean Imbert, was launched. From April 2017, Imbert again showcases Air France’s commitment to high-class gastronomy with a fresh interpretation of his menu.
