There are times when, for one reason or another, Miles do not show up in your account. If you ever find yourself in that situation, simply follow the instructions below and claim the Miles you are missing. That way you can continue to enjoy the benefits you`re entitled to!
When Miles are missing in your account, you can easily claim them by completing a form and sending it, together with the proof of your transaction, to the relevant partner. The links below will guide you through the process.
