Claiming missing Miles

There are times when, for one reason or another, Miles do not show up in your account. If you ever find yourself in that situation, simply follow the instructions below and claim the Miles you are missing. That way you can continue to enjoy the benefits you're entitled to!

When and how can you claim missing Miles?

When Miles are missing in your account, you can easily claim them by completing a form and sending it, together with the proof of your transaction, to the relevant partner. The links below will guide you through the process.

Check the table below to see when your Miles balance should be updated and what you should do if Miles are still missing.

Miles transaction with Your Miles should be credited on your account Missing Miles can be claimed
AIR FRANCE or KLM within 72 hours Submit your claim online within 6 months of the flight date by using your ticket number. Your Miles will be credited immediately.
Airline partners within 2 weeks between 5 days and 6 months after the transaction date by completing an online form and attaching the required documents
Other partners within 6 to 8 weeks within 6 months of the transaction date by completing an online form and sending it to the partner together with all required documents

As it sometimes takes a while before a Miles transaction is processed on your account, it is wise to keep a proof of your activities until your Miles balance is up to date.
